Who we are
This website is run by SEO Blueprint Agency, a founder-led search agency based in Mumbai, India, founded by Manish Singh Rajput. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean SEO Blueprint Agency.
What we collect
Free audit requests. When you request an audit we collect what you type into the form: your store URL, platform, main goal, target markets, name and work email.
Newsletter sign-ups. If you subscribe, we collect your email address.
WhatsApp messages. If you message us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp (Meta) handles that conversation under its own privacy policy, and we see your number and what you send.
No tracking. This site does not use analytics, advertising pixels or tracking cookies.
Why we use it
We use your details only to review your store and send you the audit, to reply to your messages, and to send the newsletter you asked for. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.
Who else handles it
Form submissions are delivered to us through Formspree, which stores them on our behalf. Our website host serves the pages and keeps standard server logs. If you contact us on WhatsApp, Meta processes those messages. Each provider handles data under its own terms.
How long we keep it
We keep audit requests and related emails for as long as we are discussing or working on your store, and for a reasonable period after so we can follow up. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe. Ask us and we will delete your data sooner.
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, and you can withdraw consent to the newsletter at any time. These rights apply under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and, where it applies to you, the EU and UK GDPR.
To make a request, use the contact form and say it is a privacy request. We will reply within 30 days.
Children
This site is for businesses. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change how we handle data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
